Cinnamon French Toast Bake is a perfect way to start off any morning! It’s a yummy combination of everyone’s favorite breakfast options, French Toast and Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls. I surprised my family with this recipe one morning, and they were left speechless by how delicious it was. I recommend you all try it!
Start off by preheating your oven to 375˚F, and pour melted butter in an ungreased glass-baking dish. Use a dish around 13×9 inches!
Open the two cans of Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls, and set aside the icing. Cut each roll into about 8 pieces and then place the cut pieces in the buttered baking dish.
In a separate bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until well combined. Pour the mixture over the rolls and then top it off with a drizzle of maple syrup.
Bake the Cinnamon French Toast for at least 20 to 28 minutes or until golden brown. After pulling the bake out of the oven, microwave the two icing containers that were initially set-aside for about 10-15 seconds and then drizzle it on top. I recommend using all of the icing because it’s my favorite part!
If desired, finish the Cinnamon French Toast Bake with a sprinkle of powdered sugar and an additional drizzle of maple syrup.
This delicious recipe is the perfect way to switch up your average breakfast. It’s very easy and will make any weekend brunch immediately more enjoyable. I recommend you all try it, enjoy!
