Three-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe (Gluten-Free)

Homemade cookies seem time-consuming, especially if they need to cater toward certain dietary restrictions. Lucky for you, I created a peanut butter cookie recipe that is only three-ingredients and tastes better than ordinary peanut butter cookies. Ready for an added bonus? This recipe is also gluten-free! Before starting the dough, preheat the oven to 350˚F. Combine peanut butter, brown sugar, and an egg until creamy, and then form 1-inch balls from the dough. The dough is very sticky from the peanut butter, so roll it in sugar before placing on the cookie sheets to keep them fluffy and stop them from sticking.

Put the rolled dough on parchment paper lined cookie sheets at least 1 inch apart, and let them bake for around 14-16 minutes. Immediately after taking the cookies out of the oven, add a Hershey kiss to the center of each cookie for added enjoyment! Hershey kisses are the perfect fishing touch because who doesn’t love combining chocolate and peanut butter?
